Summer at Old Eldon Square just got even better with Tiny Toon, our new mini play village in association with Tyne & Wear Metro.
It’s home to tiny versions of local places and businesses where kids can pretend they’re cooks at a mini-My Delhi or Olive & Bean, play grocer at Grainger Market, take to the stage at a tiny Theatre Royal and play dress-up in a mini-Eldon Square. They can even pretend they’re a train driver on a mini-Metro!
Expect fun activities and giveaways from our sponsors too!

Tiny Toon is located at Old Eldon Square from 22nd July to 1st September.
It’s free to attend and no booking is required.
Filming and photography may take place for promotional purposes.
